Social Competitions
Social competitions run weekly for every level of player – beginner through advanced. At Tennis Ballarat we organise everything for you; so all you have to do is register and we will match you with a partner or doubles team at the same level of ability.
Social competition is included in membership or it can be played on a user-pay basis. Matches run mornings and evenings throughout the week.

Competition formats
Ladies competitions - 4 players per team, 3 sets of doubles per player
Mixed competitions - 2 male and 2 females per team, 3 sets of doubles per player
Tuesday 6.00pm - 2 players per team. 2 sets singles and 1 set doubles
Wednesday 6.30pm B Men's Singles / Doubles - 3 players per team, 1 set of singles and 2 sets of doubles per player
Thursday 7pm Men's Singles - 1 player per team, best of 3 six-game sets
Veterans' competition
If you are over 35 years of age you can join in our doubles competition, held on the first and third Sunday of each month.
Players are invited to bring a plate to share for afternoon tea.
Bookings are not required.
